Former MLA Jayaramakrishnan Inaugurates Renovation Work of Karattu Perumal Temple in Jilopi Nayakkan Palayam

Former MLA Jayaramakrishnan initiated the renovation work of Karattu Perumal Temple in Jilopi Nayakkan Palayam near Udumalpet, Tiruppur district. The event saw participation from local DMK leaders and villagers.


Coimbatore: The renovation work of the Karattu Perumal Temple in Jilopi Nayakkan Palayam village near Udumalpet, Tiruppur district, was officially inaugurated by former MLA Jayaramakrishnan. Jayaramakrishnan, who previously represented the Madathukulam constituency and currently serves as the Tiruppur South District Chairman, led the commencement ceremony for the temple's restoration efforts.

The event saw participation from several prominent local figures and DMK party members. Among those present were DMK General Committee member Babu, Udumalpet West Union DMK Secretary Sezhiyan, and Udumalpet West Union Deputy Secretary Ram. Village leaders, including Reddiyapalayam Village Head Mohan and Jilopi Nayakkan Palayam Village Head Murugan, also attended the ceremony.

Other attendees included Jilopi Nayakkan Palayam DMK Branch Secretary Jayakumar and Deputy Secretary Anand. The temple administrators, namely Mayilsamy Ravi, Ramraj, Raj (also known as Karuppusamy), Thangavel, and Lakshmipathi, were also present. The inauguration ceremony was well-attended by the general public of Jilopi Nayakkan Palayam, demonstrating the local community's interest in the temple's renovation.
