Makkaludan Mudhalvar Camp Held at Anaikatti in Veerapandi Panchayat, Coimbatore

The Tamil Nadu government's Makkaludan Mudhalvar camp was conducted at Anaikatti in Veerapandi Panchayat near Coimbatore. Hundreds of residents from surrounding hill villages participated and benefited from the event.



Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu government's Makkaludan Mudhalvar camp was held at Anaikatti in the 24th Veerapandi Panchayat near Coimbatore Thadagam. Hundreds of residents from surrounding hill villages participated and benefited from the event.



As part of the statewide Makkaludan Mudhalvar initiative being conducted in various panchayats, town panchayats, and municipalities across Tamil Nadu, the camp was organized in the Anaikatti area of Veerapandi Panchayat.



Coimbatore Member of Parliament Ganapathi Rajkumar inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp.



He distributed loan assistance orders to the public and received petitions from the residents.



The camp was presided over by Panchayat President Palanisamy.

The event was attended by DMK Executive Committee Member T.P. Subramanian, Periyanaickenpalayam West Union Secretary C.M. Krishnakumar, Karamadai West Union Secretary Surendran, Speaker Anaikatti Madan, former Deputy Leader C. Selvaraj, Nanjundapuram Deputy Leader Thirunavukkarasu, former District Councilor T.V. Selvaraj, Somaiyampalayam Anandkumar, and K.C.K. Thanakumar.



Officials and officers from various government departments participated in the camp, including Cooperative Food and Consumer Protection, Revenue and Disaster Management, Energy, Medical and Public Health, Social Welfare and Women's Rights, Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Fisheries, Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Rural Development and Panchayat, Housing and Urban Development, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Differently Abled Welfare, and Labor Welfare and Skill Development. They received petitions and addressed the concerns of the public.

Panchayat ward members Mohan, Selvan, Deepa, Priyanka, DMK party executives A.V. Selvaraj, Marudamani, Vijayakumar, Veerapandi Gopal, Balan, Sundararaj, and many others participated in the camp.



Residents from hill villages under Veerapandi Panchayat, including Anaikatti, Thoovaipatty, Panappalli, Kandivazhi, Thomanur, Sembukkarai, Jambukandi, Alamaraimedu, and Maruthangkarai, attended the event to voice their concerns and benefit from the government initiatives.
