Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam Celebrates Flag Introduction in Udumalpet

Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam members in Udumalpet celebrated the introduction of their party flag by distributing sweets to the public. The event included paying respects to Kamarajar's statue and was attended by local party officials.



Coimbatore: The Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) celebrated the introduction of their party flag in Udumalpet today, marking the occasion with a public event and the distribution of sweets. This local celebration follows the official flag unveiling by party leader Vijay at the Chennai headquarters, after which TVK members have been introducing the flag to the public across the state.

The event in Udumalpet was organized as per the guidance of G.K. Sankar, the southern district leader of Tiruppur. M. Raman, the Udumalpet town leader, presided over the function. As part of the celebrations, party members paid their respects by garlanding the statue of Kamarajar at the old bus stand.

Following the flag introduction ceremony, sweets were distributed to the public, symbolizing the party's connection with the local community. The event saw participation from various local party officials including town secretary Kaja, treasurer Chandran, vice president Prabu, deputy secretary Syed Ibrahim, and joint secretary Premkumar. Other union, town, and branch administrators from Udumalpet also attended the celebration.

This flag introduction event in Udumalpet is part of a larger statewide initiative by the Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam to establish its presence and connect with the public following the party's official launch.
