DMK welcomes new members at Thudiyalur party office

DMK's Coimbatore North District Secretary and other leaders welcomed over 20 new members, including youth and women, at the party's Thudiyalur office on September 2.


Coimbatore: The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) welcomed new members, including youth and women, into the party at their Thudiyalur area office on Saturday. The event saw the participation of several key party figures who formally inducted the newcomers.

Coimbatore North District Secretary Tho. A. Ravi, Coimbatore Member of Parliament Ganapathi Rajkumar, Area Secretary Arulkumar, and Central Executive Committee member T.P. Subramanian were present at the occasion. They greeted the new entrants by presenting them with party scarves, symbolizing their official inclusion into the DMK fold.

It is noteworthy that more than 20 individuals joined the DMK during this event, signifying a boost to the party's grassroots membership in the Thudiyalur area. The induction of youth and women into the party ranks is seen as a strategic move to strengthen the DMK's presence and appeal in the region.
