MLA A.K. Selvaraj Inspects New House Sites in Bellathi Panchayat, Coimbatore

MLA A.K. Selvaraj visited Bellathi Panchayat on September 3 to inspect 87 new house sites being constructed under the KKI scheme. The inspection aimed to assess the progress of housing development in the area.


Coimbatore: Mettupalayam constituency MLA A.K. Selvaraj conducted an inspection of 87 new house sites under construction in Bellathi Panchayat on September 3. The housing project is part of the KKI scheme, aimed at providing affordable housing to residents in the area.



During his visit, MLA Selvaraj was accompanied by a team of local officials and party members. District Councillor P.T. Kanthasamy, Union Party Secretary Jeevanantham, Panchayat President Boopathi, Ward Member Vijaya, and Branch Secretaries Murugasamy and John were present during the inspection.



The MLA's visit to the construction site demonstrates the government's commitment to monitoring the progress of welfare schemes in the region. The KKI scheme, under which these houses are being built, is expected to significantly improve the living conditions of beneficiaries in Bellathi Panchayat.

This initiative is part of the broader efforts to enhance rural housing and infrastructure development in the Mettupalayam constituency. The completion of these 87 house sites will mark a significant milestone in the local administration's efforts to provide adequate housing for all.
