Coimbatore MP Ganapathi Rajkumar Inaugurates Tar Road Construction in J. Krishnapuram Panchayat

Coimbatore MP Ganapathi Rajkumar launched the tar road construction project in J. Krishnapuram Panchayat, Sultanpet Union, on September 6. The project is part of the Dravidian Model CM's Village Road Improvement Scheme.


Coimbatore: On September 6, Coimbatore MP Ganapathi Rajkumar, along with Pollachi MP Eswaran, inaugurated the construction of a tar road in J. Krishnapuram Panchayat, Sultanpet Union. This project is being implemented under the Dravidian Model Chief Minister's Village Road Improvement Scheme, an initiative of the Tamil Nadu government's Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department.

The new tar road will connect Valasupalaiyam to Salaiputhur, significantly improving the local infrastructure and connectivity in the area. The inauguration ceremony marked the beginning of this important development project for the rural community.



The event was attended by several local officials and dignitaries, including Sultanpet East Union Secretary Muthumanickam and former MLA Panapatti Dinakaran. Their presence underscored the importance of this infrastructure project for the local community and its potential impact on rural development in the region.

This road construction project is expected to enhance transportation facilities for the residents of J. Krishnapuram Panchayat and surrounding areas, contributing to the overall development of the rural landscape in Coimbatore district.
