DMK Secretary Thondamuthur Ravi Presents Rs. 10 Lakh Cheque to Women's Self-Help Groups in Coimbatore

DMK North Coimbatore District Secretary Thondamuthur Ravi handed over a Rs. 10 lakh cheque to women's self-help groups in Sadivayalcityambatore on Monday. He also inaugurated a training program for women entrepreneurs.


Coimbatore: DMK North Coimbatore District Secretary Thondamuthur Ravi presented a cheque for Rs. 10 lakh to women's self-help groups in Sadivayalcity, near Thondamuthur, Coimbatore on Thursday. The event was organized by NERD (National Education and Rural Development) Society.



Ravi also inaugurated a training program for women entrepreneurs and delivered a special address on the occasion.



The event was attended by NERD Society Director Kamaraj and several other prominent officials.

The initiative aims to support and empower women's self-help groups in the region, providing them with financial assistance to develop their entrepreneurial skills and improve their livelihoods. The training program is expected to equip women with necessary skills and knowledge to start and manage their own businesses effectively.
