Coimbatore: DMK North Coimbatore District Secretary Thondamuthur Ravi presented a cheque for Rs. 10 lakh to women's self-help groups in Sadivayalcity, near Thondamuthur, Coimbatore on Thursday. The event was organized by NERD (National Education and Rural Development) Society.

Ravi also inaugurated a training program for women entrepreneurs and delivered a special address on the occasion.

The event was attended by NERD Society Director Kamaraj and several other prominent officials.
