I have no connections what so ever directly or indirectly with the Kodanad murder case and the Police have not held any inquiries with me so far said Sanjeevan, who runs a furniture showroom in the city and a leading member of AIADMK.
Sanjeevan, a furniture showroom owner and a member of AIADMK is rumored to have a hand in the whole sordid affair spoke to the media claimed that few elements in AIADMK have planned to implicate his name in the murder and heist case, but they have not met with any success.
Sanjeevan said that he was in Sharjah on a business trip and knew nothing about the murder and heist in Kodanad estate.
Sanjeevan, a native of Kerala who had supplied furniture and took up carpentry work in Kodanad estate Bangalow, while former Chief Minister J Jayalalitha was alive. Sanjeevan said that he knew only Kanakaraj, the former driver employed by J Jayalalitha as he used to frequent Kodanad estate in the past. Kanakaraj, a key suspect had died in a road accident after his involvement was proved in the murder and heist case
“Rumours are being spread to defame my name by my political rivals are behind this mud slinging campaign. I only took up furnishing work in Kodanad estate,” Sanjeevan said.
Earlier Police who are investigating the murder and heist case have ruled out any involvement of Sanjeevan, who is running a furniture showroom in RS Puram.
