Tirupur Exporters Association hosts a three-day Diwali Shopping Expo at IKF Complex, featuring direct sales from over 150 manufacturers. The event offers high-quality export garments at affordable prices for men, women, and children.

Tirupur: The Tirupur Exporters Association has launched its first-ever direct garment sales festival at their complex, coinciding with the upcoming Diwali celebrations. The three-day event has garnered significant interest from the public, with many eagerly purchasing clothing items for themselves and their families.

The Diwali Shopping Expo, which commenced at the IKF (Indian Knit Fair) complex in the Palladam area of Tirupur, features more than 150 local manufacturers showcasing their products for sale. Tirupur, known for its excellence in knitwear, is offering a wide range of garments for men, women, and children all under one roof, attracting numerous local residents who are keen on buying their necessary clothing items.

Manufacturers highlight that the availability of export-quality garments at reduced prices is a significant attraction of this expo. Customers express satisfaction with the variety and affordability of the high-quality clothing available, appreciating the convenience of finding all types of garments in a single location.

This inaugural direct sales expo by Tirupur manufacturers is expected to draw over 50,000 visitors and generate business worth up to 5 crore rupees, according to the organizers. The event not only provides an opportunity for local residents to access export-quality garments but also serves as a platform for manufacturers to connect directly with domestic consumers.

The success of this expo could pave the way for similar events in the future, potentially boosting the local textile industry and providing more opportunities for direct sales to consumers. As the Diwali shopping season peaks, this initiative by the Tirupur Exporters Association seems to be a win-win for both manufacturers and customers alike.
