Millets, known for their high nutritional value and health benefits, are currently underutilized in everyday meals. This training program seeks to address this gap by educating participants on creating various millet-based products. The course will cover traditional foods, pasta, bakery products, and instant food mixes made from millets.
Interested individuals can participate by paying Rs. 1,770 (including 18% GST) on the first day of the training. The program will be held at the Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College & Research Institute, TNAU, Coimbatore, from 9 am to 5 pm on both days.
