Nilgiris MP A Raja inaugurated various infrastructure projects in Mettupalayam, Coimbatore district. He emphasized the DMK government's efforts to attract industries and create job opportunities for youth.
Coimbatore: Nilgiris MP and DMK Deputy General Secretary A Raja inaugurated several development projects worth Rs 1.08 crore in Pallepalayam panchayat near Mettupalayam, Coimbatore district. The projects included tar roads, concrete roads, and stormwater drains in various areas such as Omshakti Nagar, Kumaran Kundu, SRS Nagar, Velli Kuppam Palayam, and Pallepalayam.
During the event, Raja also distributed orders to beneficiaries under the Kalaignar Housing Scheme. Addressing the gathering, he criticized the previous AIADMK government for failing to establish sufficient industries to provide employment opportunities for youth. He stated that Chief Minister M K Stalin's frequent foreign trips are aimed at attracting new industries to Tamil Nadu and increasing job prospects for young people.

Raja further mentioned that the DMK government is monitoring the performance of people's representatives through intelligence agencies and senior party officials. He assured that the government is committed to identifying and resolving public issues promptly. The MP also highlighted that party leaders have been instructed to address people's problems effectively.
