The Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry met with Coimbatore District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati on October 11 to discuss infrastructure development projects in Coimbatore, including road expansions and the city's master plan.

Rajesh Lund, President of the Chamber of Commerce, stated, "We discussed the current status and the need to expedite various infrastructure projects with the Collector. These include the Eastern Ring Road, airport expansion, Coimbatore-Karur Expressway, flyovers at Mettupalayam and Singanallur, L&T Bypass expansion, Coimbatore Master Plan, and the Urban Development Authority."
Lund added that the Collector provided positive responses, including information about the imminent release of the master plan. He emphasized that the Chamber of Commerce would continue to work in coordination with the district administration and both central and state governments to promote infrastructure development and industrial growth in Coimbatore.
The delegation that met with the Collector included Chamber of Commerce Vice Presidents Natarajan and Durairaj, Secretaries Pradeep and Karthik, and Treasurer Kailash Kumar. The meeting underscores the collaborative efforts between the business community and local administration to enhance Coimbatore's infrastructure and economic landscape.
