Coimbatore Sri Ramakrishna College of Pharmacy - College Day and Cultural Fest 2026

Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences, College of Pharmacy, Coimbatore celebrated College Day and Cultural Celebrations. Dr. S. V. Veeramani, Chairman of Fourth India Laboratories, was Chief Guest, emphasizing pharmacy career prospects globally and motivating students to become competent professionals.


Coimbatore: Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences, College of Pharmacy, organized its College Day and Cultural Celebrations-2026 on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Smt. Velumaniammal Hall, Coimbatore, marking a significant milestone in the institution's academic calendar.

Dr. Sundar Ramakrishnan, Managing Trustee of SNR Sons Charitable Trust, presided over the function and highlighted the importance of student participation in extracurricular activities. He emphasized that such involvement nurtures teamwork, promotes happiness, and contributes to overall personality development among students.

Dr. S. V. Veeramani, Chairman and Managing Director of Fourth India Laboratories Pvt Ltd and Chairman of Tamil Nadu Pharmaceutical Sciences Welfare Trust, graced the occasion as Chief Guest. He emphasized the career prospects of pharmacists at both Indian and global levels, motivating students to become competent pharmacy professionals capable of meeting international standards.

In a moment of pride for the institution, Dr. S. Sriram, Principal of Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences, College of Pharmacy, announced that the college has been accredited with an A Grade by QCI-NABET. He presented the Annual Report 2025-26, highlighting the institution's academic achievements, research initiatives, extracurricular accomplishments, and overall progress throughout the year.

As part of the College Day celebrations, the Annual College News Magazine 2026 was released by Dr. S. V. Veeramani, with the first copy graciously accepted by Dr. Sundar Ramakrishnan, Managing Trustee of SNR Sons Charitable Trust. The magazine captures the year's memorable moments and achievements of students and faculty.

The College Cultural Celebrations provided a vibrant platform to recognize students' academic excellence. Awards and certificates were presented by Chief Guest Dr. S. V. Veeramani and Dr. Sundar Ramakrishnan, Managing Trustee of SNR Sons Charitable Trust, acknowledging the hard work and dedication of outstanding students.
