Corporation Commissioner Inspects Bus Shelter Works Along Avinashi Road

Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Katta Ravi Teja today inspected bus stops beneath the newly constructed G.D. Bridge on Avinashi Road to assess the reconstruction of damaged shelters and the proposed installation of new passenger shelters.

Coimbatore: Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Katta Ravi Teja, conducted an on-site inspection on Thursday (August 27) of bus stops located beneath the newly constructed G.D. Bridge on Avinashi Road.

The inspection held along the stretch between Uppilipalayam and KMCH on Avinashi Road,

The Commissioner reviewed the proposed works at the bus stops on both sides of the road and inspected the existing facilities to assess the requirements for providing improved shelter facilities for passengers.



Corporation Chief Engineer Vijayakumar, Assistant Commissioners Ganesan and Dakshinamurthy, Highways Department Divisional Engineer Kuzhandairaj, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Deputy Manager Jagadeesan and other Corporation officials accompanied the Commissioner during the inspection.
