Ancient well renovated by Kovai Kulangal Pathukaapu Amaippu

Kovai Kulangal Pathukaapu Amaippu, which has successfully taken up the renovation of vital water bodies in and around the city has embarked on renovating an ancient well in Sundakamuthur for this sunday.



The centuries old ancient well was in a neglected state and over 200 volunteers of the forum took up the cleanup campaign in the well, which marked its 22nd field work day of the water bodies renovation movement.



The seed ball prepared by the volunteers were scattered in the area for new sapling to spout up.

The Nammal mudiyum team of Pudhithalaimurai TV channel and NSS volunteers from Krishna college of arts joined in the cleanup campaign.
