A group of people reached out to the City Commissioner's office today with a plea to take stern action against Gopalan for the issuance of fake land documents with government seals.
Gopalan, a land surveyor runs a firm 'Green Digital Survey' (opposite to the District Collectors office) involved in carrying out land measurements & surveys and issuing certificates for the same attested by officials with government seal.
In the course of time, people found that the documents issued by him were all fake. The news came as a bombshell to people who have used his services.
They were further agonised to know that Gopalan was previously working in a Govt.office and was sacked due to fraudulent activities.
Moorthy, yet another victim stated that he had been issuing certificates using fake government seals. And that he possessed more than 1000 fake government seals and has been deceiving the people. Several complaints against him have been earlier raised by other victims but no action was taken against him, he outraged.
Hence, the victims approached the Commissioner to take stern action against Gopalan and protect people from such fraudsters.
