They condemned the Andhra Govt's initiative to build a check dam at Paalar and the recent arrest of 32 tamilian's by Andhra Pradesh Police on charges of red sander smuggling. They also evoked the encounter incident last year, killing 20 tamilians by AP's Special task force at Seshachalam Reserve Forest, AP.
A similar protest was demonstrated at Anna statue by activists of 'Thandhai Periyar Dravida Kalagam' condemning Andhra Government's brutal attacks on tamil people.
The police arrested the protestors and cleared off the protests.
