Harish, son of Sivakumar, a Govt Teacher at Thennampalayam has been pursuing his 12th Std at the National Model School, Avinashi Road. Today morning, he had participated in the Independent day celebrations at his school. After the celebrations, Harish along with his friends had been spending time together around the GV Residency area.
It is also reported that the incident happened when Harish was trying to take a selfie leaning on the parapet wall of the Well. The exact reason behind his death is yet to be ascertained.
The woeful incident was reported to the police immediately. The rescue operations are at full swing by the fire service department. After recovery his body will be sent to CMCH for post mortem.
