A gruesome accident at Periyanaickenpalayam has cost the life of a 12th std student.
Elango, a 12th std Student was hit by a lorry while he was on his way to his school in a two-wheeler. The lorry ran over him, smashing his head. The public were horrified to see the accident live and reported the incident immediately to the Police. The police recovered his body from the accident site and sent to postmortem to the CMCH. A case has been registered against the wrecked lorry driver.
