10-year old school boy found dead in a well


Akarsh (10) student of Sundakamuthur Govt. Higher Secondary School had gone missing three days back. It is reported that Akarsh has not gone to school for the past 10 days. His parents Senthil and Sridevi have registered a case at the Perur Police Station on the same day. Today some residents of Anbu Nagar, Sundakamuthur had spotted a body floating on the surface of a desolated well.

It is persumed that the body could be the body of the missing school student.



At present, the Police and the fire rescue dept are working at full swing to rescue the body from the well. The reason for his death is yet to be ascertained. More to follow...

The corpse has been recovered and it is confirmed that it's the body of the missing school boy. The police have sent the body to GH for post mortem.
