Collector urges due registration of hostels and homes in the city

District collector N. Hariharan has ordered the young women hostels, working women hostels, shelter homes and childrens home to duly register them under the 'Women and Children Regulation Act of 2014'. 

The registration forms can be collected from Coimbatore District Social Welfare Office, Kevin Medium School, Near Poo Market, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore. The completed applications should be submitted on or before 15.09.2016 at the above mentioned office. 

He further stressed that legal action would be instigated on hostels/homes, which do not comply with the order.
