A cold-blooded murder incident killing a young girl at her residence has appalled the people in Annur.
Dhanya, daughter of Somu and Saradha are residing at Mariamman Kovil Street, Annur. Dhanya, is an engineering graduate and works at a private concern in Annur. Dhanya was recently engaged and her marriage is supposedly to take place in another month's time.
Yesterday, when Dhanya was all alone at home, she was aasualted by some unidentified person and stabbed to death. On return, her mother was shocked to see her daughter's state and immediately informed the police about the incident.
Senior police offcials visited the spot and have ordered for a full-fledged investigation. The recent horrfying murders of young women due to one-sided love affairs have probed the police to investigate the case in all possible angles.
