Series of cellphone theft reported at Thudiyalur market area

Seven cellphone thefts in a span of few hours at the Thudiyalur weekly market has shocked the public and residents, who regularly visit the market every Monday. The muggers have been staging such incidents targeting people at busy market areas, vegetable markets, bus stands, cinema theatres and public places.

Every Monday the Thudiyalur Market area would be thronged by people from Kavundampalayam, Thudiyalur, PN Palayam and adjoining areas. The miscreants have robbed seven cellphones from people using the in orderly crowd in the market. 

The victims have a registered a case at the Periyanaickenpalayam Police Station.
