A 63-year-old man, who accidentally consumed phenyl in his house at Ondipudur, died yesterday while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Peelamedu.
Loaganathan (63) from Ondipudhur has been taking regular medicines for his kidney ailement. On the day of incident, Lognathan mistakenly consumed phenyl deeming to his medicine. His wife Maheshwary immediately rushed him to a private hospital in Peelamedu. But unfortunately, he died yesterday evening not responding to the treatment.
The Singanallur Police have registered a case against his death and presently investigation is on.
