Anthonyammal from India wins gold in Kabadi at Vietnam

Madurai is all set to welcome the Kabadi girl, Anthonyammal (24) from Cholapandiyapuram, Villupuram district, who has bagged gold in Kabaddi at the Vietnam, Beach games. 

A student of Madurai Yadava College is the only contestant from Tamilnadu to represent in the Beach games in Vietnam. Right from her childhood, Anthonyammal had a special liking towards the game. After joining college, she got professional training from Coach Janarthanan and Deva. Since, then she had represented and won many State and National level competitions. 

Coach Janarthanan has reported to the press that they were very happy to receive her at the Madurai airport on 29th September, 2016. Coach Deva and Solairaja President of Tamilnadu Kabadi Association and General Secretary, Safiulla were present.
