A large herd of Elephants were spotted at the Bhavani Sagar reservoir, this evening. Due to the failure of monsoons, in recent times it's become a very habitual phenomenon for the animals like Elephants, Deers, Bisons, Sambars and at times panthers to throng the lower Bhavani reservoir to quench their thirst.
The photo has also captured a Crocodile along with the herd. Looks like, it's popped up to check on the herd count!.
