Islam organisations seeks ban on Hindu Munnani Party

The Islalm Organisation has condemned the violence caused by workers and supporters of the Hindu Munnani Party, post the death of their party functionary C. Sasikumar. Addressing the media this morning, coordinator of the Islam organisation stated that a ban should be imposed on the Hindu Munnani Party.

“Properties in Coimbatore that belonging to the people of Muslim community were damaged following Sasikumar's murder. Damages are estimated to be worth Rs. 5 crores. The police has not arrested all the people who are responsible for this violence. Police has not yet taken any action against Kadeswara Subramani of the Hindu Munnani Party who instigated the violence through his interview with the media.” the representative of the Islam organisation said. He also added that mosques were attacked yesterday.
