Freedom fighter Tirupur Kumaran’s 113th birth anniversary was celebrated today in Tiripur. District Collector Jayanthi garlanded the statue of Tirupur Kumaran. This statue is established at exact location where this freedom fighter suffered injuries in the hands of British police. People from all walks of life paid floral tributes to the statue of this leader.
