I will do whatever I can to solve Kaveri dispute, assures Tamil Nadu Governor

Tamil Nadu Governor Vidhyasagar Rao said that “I will do whatever I can to solve the Kaveri river water sharing dispute.” An event was organised by Chennai Tamil Sangam in Tanjavur to felicitate Tamil Nadu governor Vidhyasagar Rao for donating a picture of the king Raja Raja Cholan to the Central government's ship building yard in Mumbai.

Addressing the media on the sidelines of this occasion, Governor Rao said “I understand the problems and challenges that the farmers of the Kaveri Delta have to deal with. I will do whatever I can to solve the Kaveri River water dispute.” Vidhyasagar Rao assured. He also made a mention of the speech that he delivered on behalf of the CM during an all party meeting. In this address the CM too ensured the farmer’s justice.
