Krishnamoorthy is from Poochampalli, Krishnagiri district. His daugther, Monisha (19) was staying in a hostel and persuing her final year UG in a private arts and science college in Coimbatore. It is reported that, on Monday Monisha did not return to the hostel. Thus, the hostel warden informed Monisha's father about her absence. Krishnamurthy was totally shocked by the news and rushed to Coimbatore and lodged a complaint at the Peelamedu police station. The police are currently investigating the case.
In another incident, Rajeshwari (17) daughter of Arumugam from Rathinapuri in Coimbatore is reportedly missing from Monday. Rajeshwari went to college as usual on Monday but did not return home evening. Arumugam searched for Rajeshwari in the college and at her friend’s home. Unable to find his daughter, Arumugam filed a missing complaint with the Rathinapuri police.
