Land measuring 234-sq feet that were originally owned by Maragadamal was sold to individual owners. The new owners of this land that is located in Podanur fenced their land. However, city-based Aja Khan and Idayat Ulla prepared fake documents of this land and this duo also removed the fencing that was put around this land. On noticing this, the original owners of this land petitioned A. Amalraj, the City Commissioner of Police seeking that this piece of land that is protected. This petition we are told was filed on the 14th of last month.
However, it is reported that Aja Khan and Idayat Ulla continue to be determined to encroach this land. The duo was also questioned by the public of their illegal land encroachment. The two have reportedly threatened the public with dire consequences.
Through a lawyer named Richard the original owners of this land have filed another petition with the City Commissioner of Police seeking their land is protected from the two encroachers.
