The Coimbatore North Indian Samaj will host special prayers for the speedy recovery of Chief Minister J Jayalalitha. A source shared with SimpliCity that under the leadership of G Shravan Bohra North Indian Sangam, today special prayers and rituals will be performed at the Seva Asharam in R S Puram.
S. P. Velumani, Member of the Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu from Thondamuthur constituency, Amman K. Arjunan, of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) party, minister A P Najrag, Periyanaickenpalayam town panchayat chairperson P.R.G. Arun Kumar are will offer prayers. Members of the Coimbatore chapter of the North Indian Sangam along with their families are expected to participate in this special prayer session.
Sunderkand (holy prayer) will be read, Maharudra Abhishekam and a Maha Mirtunjaya Homam will be performed. This will be followed by Annadanam distributed to the participants.
