Dr. Vijayakarthikeyan, Special Officer, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation (CCMC) inspected the various activities of Ward #32 today. As a part of the inspection, the solar powered street lights installed at Ambedkar Nagar in Vilankurichi were inspected. He also inspected the building constructed for cooking the mid-day meals at the Primary School which is under the 32nd ward of the Coimbatore Corporation.
Special Officer also inspected the door to door collection and segregation of waste. He also inspected the construction of toilets that are being constructed under the assistance of government. The treatment of water in the storage tanks with the Abate chemical was also inspected. Special officer also inspected the various works that are being carried out by the sanitary workers in this ward.
Assistant Commissioner Gandhimathi, Town Welfare Officer Maru. K. Santhosh Kumar, Ravikumar, Assistant Commissioner, East Zone and corporation officials accompanied him on his visit.
