Health Minister promises Rs.200 crore for NIMHANS north campus

Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare J.P. Nadda promised Rs. 200 crore for the proposed north campus of the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS).

"If that is done, Health Minster J.P. Nadda and me will approach Prime Minister Narendra Modi with a request for Rs. 200 crore in the coming budget," he said. He would try to ensure that the Mental Healthcare Bill is passed in the coming budget session of Parliament.
