Shadik Karamsait and his son Arjun Sait are gold jewellery merchants operating from Big Bazaar Street in Coimbatore. It has been reported that since this morning, Income Tax officials are conducting raids at his residence and their office that is located at Vaishiyal Street.
Three income tax officials are conducting enquiry from morning. A team of Police has been deployed in this area. The members of the press too gathered in huge numbers in locations where this I-T raids are being carried out. This has left the area tense.
