Call for artisans to list their produce in the website developed by Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation

Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation has been directed to create a website with information of all the artisans in Tamil Nadu and their creations. A press release from the Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation stated that information about the skills of each artist will be collected and uploaded on the website.

This will make the information available to the Tamil Nadu government and will also help in reaching the people all over the world through social media which will expand the market for the artisans. The artisans are requested to provide information to the persons who will be collecting information on a door to door basis. The form with the details that is to be provided to the data collector can be downloaded from http://www.tnhdeltd.com.
