Coimbatore: Vikram Sudhakar (45) is a native of Athappagoundanpudur near Irugur in Coimbatore district. He runs a company that manufactures organic manure using crab shells. He is selling the fertilizer produced by the company across the country.

Vikram Sudhakar got introduced to Karamveer Shergil (25) and Pankaj Mittal (25), both from Patiala, in Punjab by a common friend Thirunavukkarasu, who resides in Punjab.

The duo contacted Sudhakar on the pretext of running a company called Brother Enterprises and both parties entered into an agreement on the sale and purchase of biofertilizers.

In 2020, Vikram Sudhakar sent organic crab manure worth Rs 82 lakh to Patiala. However, the duo did not pay the bill for a prolonged period.
