Coimbatore Vizha 2023: Over 70 vintage cars and bikes showcased in Vintage Car Rally

Around 40 vintage cars and 30 bikes were featured in this rally which began at the Coimbatore Cosmopolitan Club and ended at Prozone Mall.



Coimbatore Vizha along with Rotary Club of Coimbatore City is organizing an Vintage Car and Bike Rally on 5.1.2023, giving an opportunity for everyone in Coimbatore a chance to witness some of the best classic automobiles in the town.



The rally began by 9.30 a.m. at the Coimbatore Cosmopolitan Club. It was inaugurated by Coimbatore District Collector Dr.G.S.Sameeran and by Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Prathap.



Around 40 vintage cars and 30 bikes were featured in this rally which began at the Coimbatore Cosmopolitan Club and ended at Prozone Mall.



Prior to this rally, the cars were displayed at the club for 2 hours from 7.30 a.m. and for 1 hour at Prozone Mall.



After that, mementos were given to the vehicle-owners who showcased their classic vehicles.



The organizing team conveyed that they have handpicked the cars this year too, so that repetition of the vintage vehicles could be avoided. All the vehicles are made before 1960s, making them truly rare and classic.



Every car and bike one sees at the rally will have its uniqueness, the team conveyed.
