People are unable to go Ooty - There is not enough government bus facility

Large number of people flocking to tourist spots during the summer vacations, as there is not enough government bus facility from Saibaba temple area to Ooty, many tourists have expressed anguish that they were forced to wait for more than an hour.

Coimbatore: People have had to wait for hours since there is not enough bus facility from the Saibaba temple area to Ooty.

Tourists are coming to Ooty and Kotagiri when children's schools are closed and the summer heat is high.

In this situation, a government bus from Saibaba temple area is going from Coimbatore to Ooty.

Meanwhile, the public and tourists are unable to reach Ooty due to lack of adequate government buses.

Transport department officials say that the government buses are operated every half an hour.

But even after waiting for an hour, the government bus did not arrive, alleging that the public did not come.

As soon as the passenger bus arrives, it is customary for the people to rush and board the train.

Hence, people have appealed to the government to run more government buses to Ooty.
