One New COVID-19 Case Reported in Coimbatore

Coimbatore witnesses one new COVID-19 infection confirmed on Monday, following two cases on Sunday. The total number of cases in the city now stands at 343,177.


Coimbatore: The Coimbatore region has reported an additional COVID-19 case on Monday, contributing to a gradual increase in the total number of infections. Over the weekend, three individuals were diagnosed with the virus on Saturday and two more cases were confirmed on Sunday. This new case brings the city's total COVID-19 count to 343,177. Fortunately, two patients have recently recovered, and currently, 10 individuals are undergoing treatment in home isolation. So far, Coimbatore has seen a substantial recovery rate, with 340,547 individuals having recovered from the virus.
