Workers Clean Sewage Water Near Coimbatore Railway Station Without Gloves

Corporation workers were seen removing sewage water near Coimbatore railway station without gloves, causing inconvenience to the public and drivers.


Coimbatore: Due to recent mild to moderate rainfall in the evenings and nights, areas approaching Coimbatore Railway Station have been flooded with sewage water, causing distress among commuters.

On May 16, corporation workers engaged in clearing the stagnant sewage without adequate protective gear such as gloves. This act not only posed health risks to the workers but also caused significant discomfort to passing vehicle drivers and became a topic of discussion among the public.
