Coimbatore: A recent incident involving police officer Arumugapandi who tried to travel from Nagercoil to Thoothukudi via Tirunelveli without a ticket has sparked widespread attention. The officer claimed that being in uniform exempted him from needing a ticket, leading to a heated argument with the bus driver and conductor.
