The workshop was jointly organized by the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) and the Departments of Information Technology, Computer Science and Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence & Data Science at TCE, reflecting the institution's commitment to bridging academic learning with industry-relevant skills.
The session was delivered by Mr V E Saravanakumar, Senior Consultant (Dynamics 365 CE) based in Auckland, New Zealand, and a proud alumnus of TCE. His expertise and real-world experience provided students with invaluable insights into the practical applications of AI in software development.
The workshop focused on equipping participants with hands-on skills and theoretical understanding of AI technologies. Students gained fundamental knowledge of AI and its diverse applications in software development, learned prompt engineering techniques to effectively leverage AI tools, and developed practical experience in building AI-based applications.
