Beggars from various traffic signals were sent to shelter home in the city

It has become the very usual sight of beggars begging at the traffic signals in the city. The moment the vehicle stops for a red signal they throng the vehicle riders. Nearly four beggars were rescued by Anti-Human Trafficking Unit police from signals like Lakshmi Mills , Singanallur, and SITRA and sent to corporation shelter home at R.S.Puram.
