Co-operative Minister Visited Coimbatore

Today, the Co-operative Minister Sellur K.Raju visited Coimbatore to inspect the functionality of the Cooperative stores around the city.

The Minister surveyed the Thudiyalur Co-operative farmers welfare association, Mixed Fertilizer Manufacturing Unit, Seed Refinery Unit and the Pesticide Manufacturing Unit. He also visited some pharmacies and green farm consumer shops around Thadagam. He interacted with the officials regarding the current banking practices and further advised them to implement new practices to strengthen the customer care and sales departments.

The minister distributed welfare schemes and allowances worth Rs.1crore and 61 lakhs to the people in the presence of District Collector T.N.Hariharan and MLA P.R.G. Arunkumar.
