See your little one flip and stand like a gymnastic pro at Little Zebra

Gymnastics is a sport that requires a peace of mind and most importantly body flexibility which can be obtained only when learnt at a young age. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, chest and abdominal muscle groups, its not just a sport but a perfect medium to channelize a child’s zeal and enthusiasm in the right direction.

Little zebra, an activity centric play school, believes in offering every single medium possible to hone the skill of a child. The school follows a blend of all the popular school of thoughts including Montessori and Waldorf to give the child a balanced way of learning.

“We follow a series of six different mediums of learning that is arts and craft, music, activity models, audio visual learning, outdoor play and flash cards. We believe every child has a different way to absorb knowledge and we try these modules so that the child doesn’t lose interest in learning and is excited about school.” As quoted by the principal and founder Miss Anusha.

The school has a huge playground along with an extensive setup made for gymnastics. ”I wanted to teach my daughter gymnastics and didn’t know where I could teach her in Coimbatore that is when I decided to create an entire set up in my school. We set the base in a customized manner to train children right from the age of 3.5, we got in certified trainers from Kolkata, who were national players and had been practicing gymnastics for more than 7 years “as said by Anusha.

The gymnastics activity provided by the school can be availed by other students too at a nominal fee. So the next time you see your child jumping of a table and landing right on the floor or climbing up cornered walls like a pro don’t shun him for being hyper active just make him join  for a class of gymnastics and who knows he might take it up as a career to sport.
