It’s a Saturday night and if you are wondering where to go to taste a different cuisine all together, a place that has good food, some entertainment and great memories to make. Well, don’t think too much, just be at 'On the Go' restaurant at Race Course.

Ranjhana Singhal, is known for bringing in something new everytime to her restaurants, and this time it is not a dish but a chef itself.

Sneha Narula, based from Kanpur, but now a head chef in Australia is here in Coimbatore to give the Coimbatoreans a taste of authentic European cuisine at On the Go.
The chef is a young woman, trained from Cordon Bleu, along with being a past student of the Institute of Management, Mumbai.

“This is my first experience of cooking in a Indian Kitchen, the taste buds of people in India, is a lot different than abroad, the people here yearn for a little spice, there are hesitant to try different meats apart from the regular mutton and chicken, I first stuck to the authentic taste but based on the reviews we have added a little flavour that suits an Indian taste bud, and when I recommended them different meats like our slow cooked lamb , they initially were unsure, but seeing the way it was polished off the plate , I am sure they loved it.” As quoted by Sneha Narula.

The people were in complete awe of the food and the ambiance set up. Great music, dance with lot of entertainment kept the guests completely engaged.
“I am in love with this mixed mushroom rice, it’s delicious, it has a different taste unlike the other European rices like the Rissotto. Its nice to eat different cuisines because even your taste buds long for variety.” Quoted by an enthusiastic guest.
