Heavy fog hampers motorists in Kinathukadavu's surrounding areas in Coimbatore

Due to heavy fog, vehicles on the four-lane road between Coimbatore and Pollachi moved slowly with their headlights on.


Coimbatore: The surrounding areas of Kinathukadavu in Coimbatore district have been experiencing severe heat during the day and severe cold at night, for the past few days.

Heavy fog accompanied was seen covering various rural areas, including Kinathukadavu, Thamaraikulam and Kovilpalayam since early Wednesday morning.

Due to low visibility, two-wheelers, four-wheelers, buses and heavy vehicles on the Coimbatore-Pollachi four-lane road moved slowly with their headlights on since motorists were unable to see vehicles coming from the opposite direction, causing inconvenience to motorists even at 8 am.
