The deceased Salman was the son of Shahjahan who hails from Mettupalayam VGP Garden near Kinathukadavu. On Thursday evening, Salman returned home from work as usual but ended his life by suicide when no one was at home.
Salman's father who had returned to his house later in the evening was shocked to find Salman dead. The Kinathukadavu police rushed to the spot, recovered Salman's body and sent it to the Pollachi Government Hospital for post-mortem.
