District Collector Sameeran inaugurated the loan mela organized by the State Bank of India (SBI) near Coimbatore railway station the camp will be held today and tomorrow.
Coimbatore: The inauguration ceremony of a loan disbursement camp was held at the State Bank of India (SBI) premises at Kurinji Complex near Coimbatore railway station.
Coimbatore District Collector Sameeran inaugurated the camp by cutting a ribbon.
The camp will be held today and tomorrow from 10 am to 6 pm.
In this loan mela, loans to government-funded schemes, Standup India & Mudra schemes for young entrepreneurs, schemes like PMEGP, NEEDS with central and state government subsidy. Also, loan schemes are provided to women self-help groups.
Moreover, loans are provided under agriculture development schemes, agricultural infrastructure projects, Pradhan Mantri Food Processing Industries Schemes, Education Loans for Students and numerous other government loan schemes are extended.
"Immediate loan approvals will be given to the eligible candidate in the camp itself" said SBI officials.
District Industries Centre, Women's Programme, KVIC, NABARD, Agriculture Department, Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing and Development Board, Aavin, Department of Agricultural Marketing and Agri-Commerce, Forest College and Research Centre, Sugarcane Production Centre, Vanavarayar Agricultural College and Farmer Producers Institute participated in this loan camp.
